Medellin Headshots

Corporate Headshots in Medellín

Most people don’t love getting their photo taken. I get it. You sit down, someone points a big camera at you, and suddenly you forget what your own face is supposed to do. So the first part of my job on a corporate shoot isn’t really about lenses or lights. It’s about making you relax enough to look like yourself.

I do a lot of this work in Medellín. Startups in El Poblado, family companies that have been here for three generations, consultants and lawyers and doctors who just need one good photo that isn’t a cropped wedding picture. Different people, same problem: they want to look professional without looking stiff.

Here’s the thing about team headshots. The individual photos matter, but what really matters is that they match. When a client lands on your “About Us” page, twelve portraits shot twelve different ways looks messy, even if each one is fine on its own. Same light, same background, same framing, same feel. That consistency is the whole point, and it’s the part that’s hard to fake by asking everyone to send in a selfie.

I work two ways. You can come to my studio in Laureles, which is set up, quick, and easy. Or I bring the studio to you. For bigger teams, or when nobody has time to leave the office, I show up with lights and a backdrop and turn a meeting room into a little portrait set for the day. People rotate through between calls, two or three minutes each, and by lunch we’re done. Nobody has to reschedule their life.

If you’d rather have your actual office in the shot, we can do that too. Environmental portraits, with your space behind you, tell a different story than a plain background does. Some companies want the clean, neutral look. Some want you to see the workshop, the lab, the city out the window. Both are good. It just depends on what you’re trying to say.

What doesn’t change is the goal: photos that look like the people in them on a good day. Confident, approachable, awake. Not a mugshot, not a stock photo, not somebody pretending to laugh at a spreadsheet.

If your company, team, or startup needs headshots in Medellín, I’d love to help. Tell me how many people and where you’d like to shoot, and we’ll sort out the rest.
